We do NOT offer services at medical facilities or hospitals.

You need a valid government-issued document that is not expired. For example:
We can NOT accept digital copies, DMV extensions, or photocopies. Inquire within to determine what other documents are acceptable.
The fees for Notary services are set by the California Secretary of State, so all Notaries charge the same. The cost is $15 for EACH signature that needs to be notarized (regardless of the type of document or the number of pages).
YES! We can notarize documents in languages other than English as long as the signer(s) can read and understand that language. The signers also need to be able to communicate with the Notary without a translator.
Our Notaries are fluent in English and Spanish.
YES! We offer Apostille services for documents that will be used abroad.
YES! We provide standard 2x2 passport photos printed instantly. Appointments are not required, but highly recommended.
Our fee for a set of two passport pictures is $15 (cash or Zelle) and $16 if you pay with debit/credit card (without the cash discount).
We do NOT offer services for infants or minors unable to stay still. Children are hard to photograph, and meeting the requirements is challenging because of their size.
A Live Scan is an inkless process. Your fingerprints and the information on the form are sent electronically to the requesting agency following the instructions provided on your Request for Live Scan.
Our system for hardcopy fingerprints is also inkless. Instead of transmitting your application electronically, we print a physical card (FD-258) for the requesting agency.
Both are required for background checks by many employers and agencies that issue certifications and licenses.

Our rolling fee is $20 (cash or Zelle) and $25 if you pay with a credit/debit card (without the cash discount). You also need to pay the government fees, which vary depending on the state and the agency receiving your submission. You can use this calculator to determine the total cost.
YES! We issue Marriage Licenses by appointment ONLY.
If you are not getting married through us, we can issue your marriage license up to 4 weeks before your wedding date. You MUST know the location (county) and have the date already scheduled.
